PLACEMAKING THROUGH ART
At The Weld, art isn’t an afterthought—it’s part of the foundation. From vibrant murals to thoughtfully integrated sculptures, the property celebrates Raleigh’s creative spirit through curated, art-inspired spaces. Local artists are showcased throughout the plaza and gathering areas, transforming everyday moments into opportunities for connection and inspiration. This commitment to placemaking through art helps make The Weld not just a destination, but a cultural canvas.

MURALIST
Taylor White
Taylor White is an American painter and muralist whose work engages with the fundamental nature of being. Her style presents a compelling fusion of figurative and abstract painting, a signature technique that captures the nuanced choreography between the seen and unseen forces that shape our existence. Skillfully rendered figures are set against bold abstract elements that fragment reality, inviting the viewer into a deeper realm of interpretation in a dynamic interplay that speaks to the interconnectedness of life.
